IT Delivery Service Leader (Retail E-Commerce Industry)


  • The Service Delivery leader will be ensuring business as usual and be the owner of all production environments of digital team ( Live chat, Customer Service, Application
  • Will setup, define and ensure service delivery standards and maintenance
  • Will be leading a team of Service Managers ideally from external SI’s. The SI model will be a L2/develop setup and will ensure that production systems are maintained at optimum status.
  • Would also be responsible for release management and ensure release control checklist to take up quality product into production environment
  • Work with product managers and application managers to follow up on constantly recurring issues and timelines for permanent fixes.


  • 8-12 years of experience in digital service delivery managements either in IT service/consultancy firm or in core Retail industry in the IT/Ecommerce department
  • Utilize service delivery tools effectively and establish standards and processes.
