Partnership Manager (Internet/Mobile Applications Industry)


  • Maintaining and building relationships with critical business partners across multiple industries (such as banks, payment companies, telcosetc)
  • Research, establish and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships
  • Develop and manage marketing model and business plan with partners
  • Identify, prospect and close complex partnership arrangements that deliver real value to the business
  • Plan and manage contracts, messaging, product integration, technology sourcing, and go to market plans with partners
  • Sustain, manage and cultivate relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities
  • Structure win-win propositions, and execute & document them with various internal functional stakeholders


  • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting/ Partnerships development in high-growth startups or top-tier brands
  • Should have strong B2B negotiation skills to close complex deals
  • Must be highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Should have ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proven track record of high performance and career-growth consistently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
