Training Manager (Food & Beverages - Jakarta)

Responsibility :

  • Identify training needs according to needs
  • Build quarterly and annual training program
  • Develop SOP, modules & training material as part of Training Curriculum
  • Responsible for Training & People Development
  • Responsible to set strategies & action plans in people development to meet company target
  • Responsible for ensure Training execution in every coffee shop
  • Prepare budget for training programs

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree, majoring Hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 5 years as Training / People Development in chain restaurant or quick service preffered
  • Have good communication skills
  • Willing to travel extensively to all outlets in Jakarta
