Technical Account Manager (Saas Mobile Marketing Platform)

Location: Central Jakarta


  • Provide escalated technical and triage support for other teams
  • Responding to customer emails and driving excellent Customer
  • Actively contribute to our online support documentation
  • Work directly with customers to solve technical issues
  • Provide efficient and accurate technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leverage product expertise and technical knowledge to delight customers


  • 3+ years programming experience (API/ Web/ Mobile)
  • Excellent communication skills & strong customer focus
  • Proven analytical / problem-solving ability
  • Must be proficient in English and Bahasa
  • SaaS support experience
  • Deep understanding of Mobile technology Android / IOS strongly preferred
  • Prior startup experience
  • Prior work experience in the Indonesia app/tech space,
  • Verbal proficiency in a third Southeast Asian language such as Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese
