Application Manager (Retail E-Commerce)


  • 8-12 years of experience in retail industry IT projects as a functional consultant/business analyst in CRM and Loyalty space, either in IT service/consultancy firm or in core Retail industry in the IT/Ecommerce department
  • Working experience and knowledge of CRM and Loyalty systems like Salesforce/Oracle/Seibel etc. is good to have
  • Previous experience in Ecommerce/Omni Channel project would be an added advantage.


  • The role will own the application build and management of the CRM and Loyalty solutions and relevant integrations.
  • Ability to independently manage business requirements and Application Build and Delivery
  • Gather business requirements and drive delivery of the requirements coordinating with the 3rd party IT vendors.
  • Drive integration streams of the Omni Channel projects with CRM and Loyalty systems.
  • Handle a team of 1-2 business analyst and 3rd party implementers.
