Customer Care Executive (Dental Care Start Up)


  • Providing help and advice to customers using company’s product (include producing written information for customer using software or media social)
  • Investigate, solve, and follow up customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems;
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service company is providing and writing reports analysing the customer service;
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
  • Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for our company;
  • Establish and monitor the standards for customer care service in the company


  • Know basic written and spoken Mandarin
  • Have previously worked in Customer Service and Experience in a professional capacity (1-2 years)
  • A natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily, convincing them of company’s innovatice approach
  • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability bring both to the table
  • Able to plan, execute and organize tasks effectively
