Road to Market Head (FMCG - East Jakarta)

Responsibility :

  • Drive the GT distribution expansion project with the help of sales team and external consultant (if any)
  • Guide and handheld sales teams on sales productivity enhancement. For eg Active Outlets ( AO), Call Compliance, TLS both in branch and RD’s
  • Identify opportunities for growth in GT through initiatives like star outlets, Pharma distributor etc
  • Do the manpower analysis for salesman and FSL count in an area and recommend addition/deletion
  • Monitor RD ROI’s and also the RD KPI program in a way that it ensure execution of the distribution expansion and business growth agenda
  • Analyze and resolve sales processes related problems in areas and support the TSM and RTM in driving the business agenda


Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree and have professional qualifications in sales and marketing
  • Having experience at least 8-10 years’ experience in GT Sales Management of with at least 3 years in route to market specialization experience in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization.
  • Experience in GT Distribution Expansion would be an added advantage
  • Mindset of a ‘start up’ employee to get into areas untouched and drive them towards efficiency and simplificity. Basically have ability to roll up the sleeves and work on ground
  • Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and interpersonal
  • Individual must be  energetic, business focused, results driven manager who can work in high pressure and high performance environment.
