Job Description:
  • Generate and execute the ideas about solving the problem, achieve results, enhance the customer experience, and being the escalation contact for critical issues
  • Oversee and managing of all Service Requests, Incidents, Monitoring and completion of daily task within SLA
  • Choose, implement, and SaaS Service Desk solution
  • Helping to build a support team that can manage all incoming requests

  • At least 5 years experience of managing/leading an IT service team
  • Solid track record especially in Financial Services/Financial Technology Industry
  • Able to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
