Customer Support Manager (E-Commerce Platform)

Responsibility :

  • Communicating with customers through various channels like emails, phone call, mobile chat.
  • Interact with customers to provide information and assistance.
  • Interact with operations team and courier partner for customer related queries.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Escalating the customer complaint to the right department as and when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Person should be willing to work in high pace startup environment and should be proactive to take responsibility and enjoy the responsibility given.
  • Managing a team

 

 

Requirement :

  • Graduate Any Field from reputable university
  • 3-5 years of work experience as customer support
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Should be able to communicate in both Bahasa and basic English
  • Experience working with customer support Email, Phone process
  • Have experience in managing a team
