Customer Support Manager (E-Commerce Platform)
- Communicating with customers through various channels like emails, phone call, mobile chat.
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance.
- Interact with operations team and courier partner for customer related queries.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Escalating the customer complaint to the right department as and when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Person should be willing to work in high pace startup environment and should be proactive to take responsibility and enjoy the responsibility given.
- Managing a team
- Graduate Any Field from reputable university
- 3-5 years of work experience as customer support
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Should be able to communicate in both Bahasa and basic English
- Experience working with customer support Email, Phone process
- Have experience in managing a team
